A Little About Me
Making Connections
Hi, I'm Amanda! Originally from the cornfields of the Midwest, I now live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I work with groups and individuals to facilitate growth, healing, self-understanding, and well-being.
I've always loved learning about people—who they are, where they come from, how they see the world. I'm also a big believer in the power of our stories to teach us about ourselves and lead us to greater freedom.
This is what happens when we attend to our thoughts, feelings, and sensations, and allow them to reveal us to ourselves. If you're someone who's ready to explore the wounds you hold, the truth you need, and the wisdom you already possess, this work is for you!
Education & Experience
Holistic Wholeness
I believe that becoming is a lifelong process. Since moving to California in 2013, my curiosity has led me to pursue deeper knowledge in tools for personal growth from creative writing and storytelling to yoga and meditation. I'm currently finishing my master's in Counseling Psychology and am in the process of becoming a therapist.
I started creating and facilitating well-being workshops while working at Google and it quickly became one of my favorite parts of my job. I've been a guest speaker at Google's Mental Health Conference, Peacebank's Yoga Teacher Training, and Stanford's Graduate Student Summer Institute.
My offerings integrate my background in story-telling, authentic listening, mindfulness, and spiritual counseling. I offer one-on-one coaching and customized workshops.
